Students of the "Chinese" group at the Educational and Sports Complex of Gazprom Armenia CJSC celebrated the Lunar New Year during a themed matinee.

The students in the group, which is part of an additional education program, spoke about the Chinese New Year in both Armenian and Chinese. They also presented Chinese culture and the traditions associated with celebrating the holiday.

During the event, they also performed traditional Chinese songs and dances.

At the end of the morning, subject teacher Syuzanna Arakelyan noted that this was a short-term assessment of the children's foreign language skills, and according to her, the children performed well on the test.
