GAUS Table Tennis Team Wins Award at the “Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Cup” Tournament

The team from the Gazprom Armenia Educational and Sports Complex secured second place in the team standings at the Yerevan stage of the “Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Cup” Amateur Table Tennis Tournament, earning the tournament cup.

The Director of the Educational and Sports Complex, Alexander Grigoryan, along with other members of the administration, congratulated the team members—Emilia Mkrtchyan (Class 7B), Agapi Budaghyan (Class 7C), Robert Stepanyan (Class 8A), and Edmon Khachatryan (Class 8A)—as well as their coach, Hripsime Ghukasyan, on their achievement.

Mr. Grigoryan noted that the school's mission is to educate well-rounded students and that all the necessary conditions have been established to achieve this goal.

“It is important that, alongside your sporting achievements, you also demonstrate high academic performance,” the Director said, adding that continued hard work will ensure these victories become a lasting tradition.

The team’s coach expressed her gratitude to the institution’s administration, emphasizing that these accomplishments are made possible by the management’s unwavering support.
