The Educational-Sports Complex of Gazprom Armenia CJSC allocated the majority of the funds raised by GAUS employees during the New Year charity exhibition-fair to the Gurgen Melikyan Foundation for Large Families of Kashatagh.

To hand over the collected funds, the Director of the Complex, Alexander Grigoryan, hosted the President of the Foundation, Gurgen Melikyan, PhD in Philology, Professor, and longtime Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies at YSU, as well as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation, Ardzrun Avagyan, Doctor of Philology, Professor, longtime Dean of the Faculty of Armenian Philology at YSU, and Honored Scientist of the Republic of Armenia.

The Director expressed gratitude to the Foundation for its dedicated work and wished for its mission to continue for many years.

“I hope that every year, on the eve of Armenian Army Day, we will meet here and contribute to your noble cause,” noted A. Grigoryan.

The President of the Foundation and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees spoke about their efforts to improve the lives of forcibly displaced Armenians from Artsakh, emphasizing that every donation reaches its intended goal.

After the meeting, the Director of the Complex accompanied the guests to the hall, where the students had prepared an event dedicated to Armenian Army Day.
