Students of the Gazprom Armenia CJSC Educational and Sports Complex participated in the “ULeader” leadership program to develop their soft skills.

The program, implemented by the “Zargakum” public movement, was led by Eleonora Sargsyan, a leadership expert and mentor of a number of international platforms.

She explained, through interactive conversations, what true leadership entails beyond mere position and power.

The program participants aimed to identify their strengths and values, as well as understand the importance of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

The program was summarized by Vahan Yeghiazaryan, President of the “Zargakum” public movement, who helped the students envision their future plans and outlined the ways and opportunities to achieve their goals.

At the end of the program, the UAU students received certificates of participation.
