During the autumn school holidays, the teachers, head teachers, and teacher assistants of the Gazprom Armenia CJSC Educational and Sports Complex participated in training courses.

The training program began with lectures by education expert Serop Khachatryan on the topics of "Question-Formulating Skills" and "Effective Feedback Techniques."

Then, the Institute's employees shared their experiences using artificial intelligence tools, selecting effective solution mechanisms for pedagogical situations, utilizing the "Moodle" electronic platform, differentiating speech therapy challenges, and addressing issues related to improving the educational environment.

The courses, filled with practical tasks, were designed to deepen educators' professional knowledge, enhance their skills in organizing the educational process, and facilitate the exchange of methodological experience.
