Comandos in our complex
A festive concert was organized in our educational complex on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the formation of the Armenian Army, which was attended by the hero of the Artsakh liberation war, Major General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan, also known as Komandos. During the event, the students asked many questions and received the answers to them from Commandos himself. The living hero of our time shared his remarkable life stories with those present, told about the famous "Wedding in the Mountains" operation, comrades-in-arms, the hardships of war and the joy of victory. While answering the many questions which interesting to the students, he answered with his typical modest manner: “I did nothing special. The Soviet government taught me martial arts with combat and technical components, and I passed it on to my colleagues. I couldn't do anything without my soldiers; they made the victory”. To the question asked by one the students: “What would you wish students highly encouraged by teachers?” - “Learn, learn, learn”, Komandos replied that in the struggle of existence the strongest, finally, wins, the “armed” with knowledge wins. Hence, that is true – you need to learn, learn, and learn. At the end of the meeting, the students presented Komandos’s portrait – painted by their own hands.
