GAUS Team Among the Winners of the G. Grigoryan Science Conference
Students of Grade 7B at the Educational and Sports Complex of Gazprom Armenia CJSC—Lily Arsenyan, Emilia Mkrtchyan, and Mari Martirosyan—participated in the 4th Inter-School Conference named after Gagik Grigoryan, held at Ayb School as part of their Geography studies. They won the award for “Best Digital Natural Science Research.”
According to subject teacher Lusine Hakobyan, the aim of the conference is to increase students’ interest in scientific research, create a platform for exchanging valuable experiences, and further strengthen students’ engagement in natural science subjects.
The students presented their project, "Studying the Color Change and Leaf Fall of Birch Leaves Using the GrowApp Application," which was conducted using the methodology of NASA’s GLOBE (Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment) program.
As a result, the GAUS team’s work was recognized as the winner in the "Best Digital Natural Science Research" category.
We warmly congratulate our students and their teacher on this significant achievement.
