A delegation led by the Russian Ambassador to Armenia visited the Russian State University
The delegation, led by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Armenia, Mr. Sergey Kopirkin, visited the Gazprom Armenia CJSC Educational and Sports Complex and participated in events celebrating the New Year and the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
The delegation, which also included Vadim Fefilov, Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representation in Yerevan; his deputy, Ekaterina Andreya; and the Second Secretary of the Embassy, Elena Mia, was welcomed by Alexander Grigoryan, Director of the Russian State University, along with other members of the institution's leadership.
The guests first toured the Russian language classes at the Russian State University and attended a matinee dedicated to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Afterwards, they participated in the New Year event organized by the fourth-grade students.
After the cultural segment of the visit, A. Grigoryan presented silver badges of the Gazprom Armenia CJSC Educational and Sports Complex to His Excellency Mr. Sergey Kopirkin and Vadim Fefilov. The Ambassador also received a gift prepared by Armenian State University student and scholarship holder Erik Hasratyan, on behalf of Hrant Tadevosyan. At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the institution's educational system, student achievements, and the accomplishments of its graduates.
