A lecture on the topic 'The Armenian Army: Guarantor of the Security and Development of Armenia.'
On the eve of Army Day, a lecture was held in our complex on the topic 'The Armenian Army: Guarantor of the Security and Development of Armenia.' The purpose of the lecture was to acquaint students with the thousand-year-old history of the Armenian army and emphasize the invaluable role of our armed forces throughout the existence of independent Armenian states and the development of the Armenian people.
The lecture was attended by guests from the 'Soldier’s House' rehabilitation center, led by the center’s director, Haykui Minasyan. Following the event, she was presented with a certificate indicating the amount of donations collected from the students’ parents through an exhibition and sale organized in our complex. A total of 1,454,000 drams were collected and transferred.
Among the guests was Edmond Hovakimyan, a participant in the 44-day war. He shared his experiences with the children, detailing the course of the fighting and the lessons he gained.
