A chess team tournament was held among the third-grade students of the elementary school at Gazprom Armenia CJSC’s Educational and Sports Complex.

After four rounds, the winner of the tournament was the third-grade "B" team.

Regardless of the team score, four students were awarded individual prizes for the best results on each board. The first board prize went to Robert Safaryan (3rd “B” grade), the second to Mark Aghajanyan (3rd “B” grade), the third to Arsen Parvanyan (3rd “A” grade), and the fourth to Ella Aghabablyan (3rd “B” grade).

The chess players were awarded cups and medals by their subject teachers, Robert Nazaryan and Artur Kocharyan.
