The meeting was chaired by Vahe Stepanyan, Chief of Staff and Affairs Manager of “Gazprom Armenia” CJSC. The Board members present included Academician Samvel Shukuryan, Scientific Director of the YSU IT Educational and Research Center and member of the RA National Academy of Sciences; Ruben Aghgashyan, Head of the Armenian State University "Digital Technologies" Educational and Research Center; Heghine Khachatryan, Dean of the ASPU Faculty of Primary Education; Artur Azaryan, Secretary General of the Armenian Football Federation and UEFA delegate; as well as members of the institution's management and heads of the school's departments.

Director of the SSU, A. Grigoryan, presented the report for the 2024–2025 academic year, highlighting the significant achievements and successes of previous years.

The Director also noted that this is the last time the "Educational and Sports Complex" institution will present its report in this format, as starting next year, data collection will be conducted in accordance with the Development Strategic Plan.

All members of the Board of Trustees highly appreciated the work that was done.

Chairman of the Board V. Stepanyan expressed gratitude for the work accomplished, noting that the registered successes are the result of effective management and teamwork.
