Throughout the summer, the dedicated educators of elementary school of Gazprom Armenia Educational-Sports Complex engaged in rigorous and enriching professional development activities. These sessions encompassed substantive training and served as platforms for mutual learning.
Mary Nersisyan, the head of the primary school, provided a comprehensive overview of phenomenological learning, elucidating its distinctive features, objectives, and organizational strategies. The pedagogues were exposed to innovative and unacceptable creative practices within the context of practical instruction.
Karine Chibukhchyan, a distinguished pedagogue-methodologist, enlightened the audience about the aims and imperatives of mother tongue instruction. She outlined program standard requisites and shared contemporary pedagogical approaches for instructing modern Armenians. Her presentation was infused with valuable insights and engaging teaching methodologies.
Addressing the complex challenge of guiding and understanding children while promoting a healthy lifestyle and deterring harmful habits, psychologists Nina Movsisyan and Armine Pashayan provided expert guidance.
Sonya Vardanyan, the technology teacher at our educational complex, joined forces with Mary Nersisyan to elucidate the goals and objectives of technology education. They delved into standard program requirements and illustrated classroom dynamics through practical demonstrations.
